PERSEPSI KENYAMANAN PADA PENGGUNAAN SISTEM PEMBAYARAN DIGITAL DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH BAHRUL ULUM TAJINAN

Abstract

The digital transformation in the education sector has encouraged many institutions, including Madrasah Tsanawiyah Bahrul Ulum Tajinan, to adopt digital payment systems to enhance financial efficiency and transparency. This study aims to analyze parents' perceptions of the implementation of digital payment systems at the institution. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation involving parents who directly use the system. The findings indicate that most parents positively welcome the use of digital payment systems due to their accessibility, time efficiency, and transaction transparency. However, there are also concerns regarding data security and limited technological literacy among some parents. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for the school in improving socialization and training on the use of digital payment systems, as well as for technology developers in creating more inclusive and secure solutions for all users.
